To block a website there are some editing need to be done in host file of Windows Operating System.

This Hosts file permits you to manually associate IP addresses with website domain  names (i.e., google.com,) that the name Server (DNS) will quickly block website address. To use the HOSTS file to block a website, assign the science address of 127.0.0.1 to the name of best-known ad servers and malicious websites.
